I was merely presenting a possible outcome. One that I have witnessed through my holding in the non defunct cmr.
Prior to cmr going into administration one of the board members made a loan to cmr via his own personal investment company Coffey house from memory. With this loan in place the company soon after went into administration and the board member through his loan was now considered a secured creditor and therefore had his feet firmly place under the negotiation table.
Not saying it is going to happen the same way for GIP but it is a possibility.
When you see these sort of maneuvering occurring you gotta ask:
