Nup. Onetel announced a non renouncable rights issue supported by James Packer and Laughlan Murdoch to raise capital but then changed their minds when the "true financial state" of the company was revealed. They were millions in the red. They were selling calls for less than what they were buying them for and then stuffing up the billing to clients.
LVL is no Onetel. It does not have any long term debt but on the other hand does not have any serious revenue stream either at present.
Who knows what will happen with this one. I can't work it out !
