Hope there isn't a problem with the GR sale because that would leave AMG stranded with only about $3,2m in the bank come Dec 31 (and still with this drill program to pay for? - expensive).

Having to do a capital raise at any point can be a 'valley of death' for a prospective miner. Trying to do it when you're at less than $5m (in uncertain times) would be a knockout to the SP.

I hope there isn't any insider trading happening here.

I wonder if this company has HK backers, or Chinese?
