I dont know enough about the requirements of an overseas listing...

    I dont know enough about the requirements of an overseas listing to really comment with any degree of confidence but I would doubt that this could be a miracle fix, although it may increase their overseas exposure.

    I think Nasdaq has fairly tight requirements in regards to companies listing on its registry satisfying a certain market cap that LUM would come nowhere near at the present time. Also yanks are not that niave, if they were impressed with the technology they would be able to buy on ASX. Not sure.......
