Four deep the buy side is over twice the sell side.
I suspect that there is only one significant buyer, whom is slowly accummulating up to 16cps.

Cannot see much downside or upside from here, until those production costs are released. ie 16cps is about the floor.

I'd buy at 16cps although am reluctant to add to a lossing position.
