    The purpose of SPP is to reward long term retail shareholders who have been suffering from low SP for a very very long time. It will default the purpose, if us, long term shareholders are only given 10,000 shares.
    I think the management shall consider to increase 40 million dollars limit and give us at least half of what they originally planned.
