Hey Daz Kaz, given the MD is also from MINT and they both work together on M&A, I would think that it could well be possible. I do think however that there is something in the way they announced MR Stewarts credentials, i.e. "Mr Stewart is currently company secretary of ASX listed company Mint Wireless Limited and has been
a Director of Public Listed Companies in Australia and the United States of America. Mr Stewart has a
long involvement in the Hospitality Industry in Australia and strong corporate links in the United States.
Mr Stewart has a practice in Corporate Law and advises and works for a number of Public Listed
Companies in Australia. In addition he performs the work of Company Secretary for both Public Listed
and Privates companies."
As compared to his Mint credentials
"Gary has extensive experience in public companies both as a Director and Company Secretary in Australia, Canada and the United States of America. Gary has been a practicing solicitor for the Supreme Court of New South Wales since 1987. Gary Stewart is a solicitor with Churchill Lawyers and Corporate Advisors."
Specifically the reference to Hospitality, perhaps food testing or hormone level testing etc could be easily adapted to the drug testing technology. I am not sure yet of MINT's direction but a good contract in the U.S. with food threats a fairly major concern, there could well be a lucritive contract in the wind.
cheers
