If its is FOB fine, but you still have to fill the containers, get it to port and find a ship (not always easy in the ars*-end of Kalimantan). I do not think Kiernan would have ignored this in pitching his bid but then he can make mistakes (just ask Monarch's ex MD).

I would be delighted to get a bidding war going as there are a hell of a lot of shareholders underwater in this one and they deserve much better than what has gone on here over the past couple of years.

But any alternative bidder would be continually looking over their shoulder wondering about which side of the trenches some of the players were in.
