Wesfarmers is a joint holder of the lignite resource, isn't it? they might open the purse strings and bring some capital into the mix? or perhaps they are happy to wait, after all BLK did take some of the resource with a midnight pegging. Worth holding for speculative value but will be tough to pull all the pieces together unless oil rockets and there is plenty of capital sloshing around.
