I am sure Lynas is constrained by current situation in Malaysia - I'm confident it will be resolved, and Lynas can move forward - however there is no guarantees, and without that you must be cautious.
let's assume it resolves in the affirmative - Lynas can move forward and increase its production
let's assume Kalgoolie goes ahead with state and federal support in the offering
The Texas Blueline joint venture progresses with tie up with American DOD allocating funds and guaranteeing offtake agreements and supportive pricing.
All these opportunities are going to be resolved in the next few months - and we should be quietly confident - however it would be foolish to invest heavily until you have full transparency- then you can expect to see a different behavior in Lynas Share Price.
