"Someone needs to take this company in hand and make it pay! Not just protect its asset base and wait for "a better time". All the best- I did think at one stage that Dec 2008 might be that time but I don't know now where it is headed, if anywhere.

By the way, no commnication from management and cut and paste the old report and present it as the new one, is "de rigeur" at AAR- might as well get used to it
