The GM of Microgenix paid visit to C&D and the contract was signed after one month

On August 16, the General Manager of Microgenix,UK, the world's leading provider of air purification systems, visited C&D and setup a cooperative relationship between the two companies. Contract has been signed one month later, that Microgenix authorized C&D to produce mobile /ducted purification systems in China.
Commenting on the contract, Charles Yao, chairman and CEO of C&D, stated, "The subscription of this contract is a big achievement for both sides. We are well pleased that, after a rigorous competitive bidding fight, Microgenix selected C&D to be his copartner. We believe that C&D's leading-edge technology and capabilities will enable us to provide the best air purification products in the industry. We will hold and enhance this relationship with this worldwide company."

Looks like units being manufactured in China.
