    Fellas, if Patersons is underwriting your rights issue, I'd pay close attention to the recent placement and rights issue they did with TZL. The share price is now 30% below the rights issue price! This is why you are seeing selling now (to fund the rights issue) and will continue to after. The worst thing that can happen to you guys is if there is a massive shortfall which Patersons has to take. Then you can be sure that they will dump at anywhere around 1.8c.
