Ecsc, I always maintained that it would be better, and much cheaper if they have spent $20mil for a clean listing on the NASDAQ.
Back door listing via a failure drug company Nabi is a disaster. It cost us shareholders more than $100mil including actual costs, directors freebies, and depreciation of equity.
What had done is done... The important thing is what the new management are doing in moving forward ?
