Regarding Cooper (the operator) deciding not to announce anything (and hence Jacka can’t announce anything) until after the test … naturally its frustrating, but on balance I think they have no choice.

Dragon Oil is bound to be having a lot of influence on what Cooper does during the test.

Earlier this week I had a meeting with a geologist / contractor who has done work “with” Dragon over quite a period. He confirmed they are desperate for a 2nd source of production (with their $1b in cash), and right now the best opportunity they have is this block in Tunisia.

Dragon wants production within 12 months, so a fast deal I think.
