    What I believe is some one has control of this stock.
    About a year ago I read a two page article in the Fin reveiw.
    The Commonwealth Bank had a guy from Vietnam(boat person) working
    the currency sceens at night. He was so brilliant... he was their
    biggest earner.
    what I am saying is ..if one guy can do that..
    imagine what can be done to targeted stocks like FMS.
