They have been sold into quite a lot of shares. There is no need for them to step up to accumulate - it is a buyers market. They are currently setting a base.
The scuttlebut over the last few weeks is that it is Perth brokers buying in.
With any luck for holders that is correct, and there will be a news release soon that makes it all worthwhile to bring a new uptrend into place.
In the broader market, the worst maybe over. Bailouts seem to be working, and whilst the broader economy will feel the effects over quite a while we may have seen the end of panic selling and the irrationality in the market may dissipate at least a little.
