True enough, not much comes back in the way of updates from good old RG.
However, most of us, and i know at least two others who hold 1m + shares, are of the opinion that we have invested in CSG real estate.

Like all RE you have to wait for demand to up the price.

Luckily we have demand rising every year for the end products of what should be sitting under the top soil.

We have the possibility of a get rich quick should we decide to drill and find some good reserves. Or the possibility of a get rich slowly if we sit and wait for farm ins and or a buy out.

The major risk is will we be young enough to enjoy the benefits?
The money is almost certain, the time scale will determine who waits and who runs.
I will wait, even if it only makes my grandson rich.
