So that when the report comes back and highlights the 38b includes spending on all Australians and that only around 6-8b is spent on Aboriginal specific services, if this is pushed by the LNP maybe just maybe the rwnj's will finally stop deliberately misrepresenting the productivity commission report with this bs 38b number
