    Maybe something is brewing. OK so I'd like to see steps forward but in my opinion the sell side is building ever-so-slightly. In the past this has occurred before an announcement which sees "progress" (in whatever guise) being reported.
    Buy side looking strong at THREE times multiple and international progress is overdue in my opinion.
