WE had a discussion on this thread some time ago about the possibility of Quest obtaining the "Bima Sakti" PSC.
Some erudite holders of this stock have suggested that QPN should have drilled by now as they had the funds and should live up to the statements made at that time.
I however, have been thinking that I would rather have the company acquire the Bima Sakti PSC if they could, prior to drilling Ranau; even IF it meant using up the available funds initially allocated to drilling of that PSC. SO perhaps QPN decided to allocate those funds for that purpose and this is why we have to wait!!!! It would also help curtail the inherit difficulties of the "WET" season and smooth the application of the funds raised by the recent CR.
