I am thinking its another delay. Have been going through Delong announcements. On the 3rd Sep he took up 12 mill shares and it says that for a period of up to 3 yrs he has the option to part or wholly take the remainder, contrary to CFE announcement. Then on the 5th Its now the intention of Delong to take the allocation and it states also now its going to aquire 70% of the project. This is subject to company (s) share holder approval. Checking the singapore exchange no extroadinary meeting has been called for such that delong share holders can vote on the aquisition,So we may also be waiting for shareholder approval from there side, this also may occur after final negotiations are set in concrete.
