I am positive that is the situation and has been for two weeks now, Delta need to offload, Intec can't raise the cash - two parties which need an outcome enough hopefully will see a way forward...not rocket science. If they can find a win win together then we will be ok. But.. this is the real world not fairytale land and plenty of good projects not happening.
