It doesn't matter if there are ten days left to 2018.
The expectation was before Christmas, and this is all about psychology. Management is deathly silent and it allows chaos, panic and manipulation to run riot.
I warned about this the other day. An update from management could have calmed the horses, even if it said the deal should be finalised in January, but they simply can't be stuffed letting the market know.
