Interestingly the CNP AGM notes that Maurice Blackburn are not keen on mediation whereas CNP are.
I believe Maurice Blackburn act for IMF in this class action.
Generally speaking you would not be keen on mediation if you were pretty strong on your case.
Given CNP recently joined their auditors into this class action.
This one is looking good too.
