The immunity claim is just absurd, to give a president the type of immunity Criminal Defendant claims would allow a president to have a political rival executed and not be prosecuted for it.
So if Scotus ruled presidents do have that immunity, Biden could promptly have Criminal Defendant executed. The could then try to impeach Biden but you would never get half of the democrat senators to convict him
That seems to be lost on jambo and other worshippers of Criminal Defendant
