I’m led to believe any time for further delay has expired. It is now or never.
I’m waiting for news of the most recent meeting in Beijing. The 2024 placeholder has appeared on the Austsino website, so the first week of January is my expectation.
The Africans will not wait another 6 months to confirm the funding. I took the recent African media exposure to mean that the time is now.
Still positive about the outcome, but it’s truly make or break now.
