Hi Really, China is bankrolling global iron ore project infrastructure left, right and center. Check this AFR news just out about the old Aquila, Posco, AMCI project.
If China funds infrastructure for what was thought to be a perpetually mothballed project, I think Ding would have no problem securing port and rail funding for the West African Pilbara. LOL
