    I say a sure bet at the moment China need the resources
    Also at a low cost ,cheap labour ect ect
    If a T/O was on the table then its a DING job to get the best price for S H....imo
    It would surely be discussed by DING and the CHINESE investors....imo but the outcome could be anyone guess
