Wow, great find. Congo reciprocated a presidential envoy visit to the Cameroon president's palace last Friday to seal the inter governmental agreement to move ahead on full throttle. LOL

It's pretty clear in the article that the project construction starts in Q1. Ding is probably working on the relisting while this is all going on. Yippee !!
