That sounds like the plan to me. Mbalam mining permit surely must soon be issued as the Congo Mines minister (a man on a mission) in Cameroon expressing the common satisfaction of BOTH governments.

Maybe once the Cameroon PM rubber stamps the antitrust competiton formality mentioned previously, president BeeYa will then issue the mining permit. At that point, as the highly synergized Mbalam and Nabeba world class iron ore deposits come together as one, our market cap goes up umpteenth folds. LOL

Meanwhile, I know phuc all in all things related to legal matters or international law. But from the developments in Congo and Cameroon over the last week and a half, nothing stands in the way of the project or can delay it. There is now a sense of inevitability. Yippee !
