SDL is a sinking ship thats has a delusional notion that the courts may save them. I have address your concerns re this on the SDL thread, maybe have another read of that to refresh your memory. I am glad however that you did not refer to your beloved 400M feasibility report, maybe that notion has finally been put to bed. Also no mention of IP - again you may now understand that ANS did not nor will never need SDL's IP as its basically a children's colouring in book (with squiggles in it). I must admit the squiggles were very pretty tho!

The reciprocated visit by Congo Minister of Mines to Yaounde soooo soon after the Cameroon Minister of Transport (while both men acted in the capacity of special emissary for their respective presidents) dropped in on the Congolese president to discuss Mbalam Nabeba suggest things are moving so fast that we are way behind the curve when we read and watch the stale news on the internet that is 4 days old.

I don't think we should rule out the possibility Ding is already in Africa. There is nothing in the market update to suggest that he wouldn't be there now.
