    Ding''s completion of the placement should be announced on Tuesday (Monday being public holiday). Previously they always announced after the deadline.

    The Mbalam Nabeba project WILL commence construction at the BEGINNING of 2022 (that's officially midnight LOL) according to the Cameroon Congo JOINT declaration.
