    He is a tad simple minded and offers very little with his short statements. I don't think he understands what an MOU is nor moving that MOU to a binding agreement/contact.

    Good news is we are in Aug now and the laying of the foundation stone is due at the end of this month (based on the west African news articles). My spider senses are telling me all is in readiness for and IPO in the coming 3 months,.
