My notes show Anglo American bought a 20% stake in them maybe Nov '09 and Origin Oil Inc were supplying equipment to extract oil from algae. A later note says that they are hoping to get up to 25% that might be converted to bio diesel. There should be an IPO out soon - later this year worth $100m.

Another company operating in Australia, also, I think, looking for a $100m sometime is Aurora Biofuels for there op in Karatha in WA. Murdoch Uni and Adelaide Uni are joint venturers in some form to get algae growing in saline water.
