If it hit 8-9 cents it would certainly be a great buy however I wonder whether support at 13.5 will hold and we will see the price head upwards. I know you are very cynical of this company but I am not sure about how you calculate the range of 8-9 cents, and the resulting MCAP, as a proper price for this stock.
