    So they could in fact retain some customers and spend just enough to maintain the revenue hopefully turning a profit. The DCB is having trouble as I understand it, due to telcos turning off or only allowing DCB billing with a two step signup. Anyone genuinely wanting a DCB product can still access it. The accidental DCB billing may have been a large revenue stream for MBE.

    I have never used DCB myself so am no expert.
