Going from a one step, to a two-step is not an insignificant change. That alone will result in lower conversions. How much so i can't be sure. But that has always been one of the big risks with this company. It's one of the reasons why they haven't gone into the U.S and possibly why they're focusing on immature markets - because regulations have not caught up there. I think this really throws a spanner into the works for their DCB product. Performance marketing should still be good. But it looks like DCB in Australia is a fraction of what it used to be. And i'm not certain if it'll ever get back to where it was.
