Might be worth revisting this concept again, that AGO's SP should be going up 1 cent for every $1 rise in the Iron Ore price.
At the time this article was written, Iron Ore was about US$51
They had 2.7 Billion Shares (Now 9 Billion)
Taking this into consideration
9 B / 2.7 B = 3.33
$83.6 - $51=$32.6
$1 increase in Iron ore =32.6 x 1/3.33 = 10.8 cents
10.8 added to current share price of 4.5 cents = 15.3 cents
May not be the most accurate way of calculating the Share Price, but it does show that AGO is under valued.
