Yes I think so as this time there may have been many non asx compliance actions going on during admin possibly..imo
Also going into va was questionable and all the other issues pointed out by TB.
We have a way stronger case than before as there is no massive debt in mbn and cash burn like last time doca1.
Going insolvent while in va is highly questionable..etc
So yes I will.
Multiple parties to target all at once..
