Yes , totally crap situation, if it is any consolation, this is my fourth big loss in twenty years of investing and while it ties your guts up in knots now... just allow time to do its thing .....pick yourself up dust yourself off and move forward.....there is a book written a couple of thousand years ago with a couple of chapters of sayings that was predominantly written by a bloke called David.... There is some strength in there that's for sure...... All the best
