Did I missed a release? Can you please let me know when did mbn announced they have spent 66m in capex? Or 33m?

This does not make sense, if the company is placed in trading halt, in theory, no one can trade. Not too sure what you meant here.

Is there any possibility you can release the names of the solicitor or barrister that you have spoken with? Or a little bit about yourself?

There seem to be some good news in there. May be the director appointed a va to make sure they dont get into trouble by going into more debt. So if the company does go belly up in further, they are not the one to incur the debts.

I still thinks it is a much easier solutions to cr but sadly it seem no one is interested. Minimal cost and interest free.
