mufc is in a similiar place as you.....i have gone from 390k in the black bit over 2yrs ago, to, if this goes belly up 116k in the red with a home loan line of credit...i can only blame the greek gambler blood in me...i have gotten used to working 3/ 12hrs shifts in the cab per week...the other 4 bludging....how things turn...
not all mbn's doing...my kar investment didn't help at all either....the past six years have been shockers....my big mistake was investing in commodities in a severe downturn...whilst my original preference and holdings in divvy yielders have gone gangbusters....
we have to carry on...live within our budgets and build another war chest...still not over yet,but i am preparing for the worst and hoping for some good news as well....cheers...
