I agree with all of the comments above. BUT! this company operates in Brazil, under Brazilian law it is a little different dependent on whom is owed, Taxes, salaries, Financiers, suppliers in that order. My advisers infom me that the Brazilian debtors will have first claim on any outstanding. If a company is in administration and cannot for fill its legal licencing obligations, the authorities have the right to suspend or revoke all licences.
The latter would leave no assetts.
