I told him, loking at investing in this co, mbn name removed so there could not be prejudice,

He did not even bother to open the financial and said better value else where if you want to keep the capital.

In general, you don't advertise the fact that you may not be an going content, if you are not a going concern, you bury it within the financial.

By saying you may not, any smart cookies wold have take cover first then ask question later.

And for an accountant did not feel uncomfortable with the clause on every page, should you really be an accountant?
