With the current price so low and the directors/key management not having any leverage on their own BNB shares what are the chances of BNB senior execs going to the debt markets and doing a MBO, ie taking BNB private again?
Surley they could then relist it in 2-3yrs time and ask for a PE of 20x and re float it for $50.
Imagine if something like that was announced? You would see the biggest short squeeze in history. If MFS can get cash for Stella surely the hedge funds would love to help make a few Billion for taking BNB private and then relisting it when the markets are better?
I can see that happening on some of the BNB satalite funds just as they did with BEI.
