It’s as good an explanation as any other as to the consistent failure of management to deliver on any objectives.

Wolgen has been paid very handsomely in cash over the last 2 decades, assuming he invested wisely he must be worth a lot, he hangs with the Monaco crowd, Blijdorp and he have a long standing undisclosed close relationship, Sean Parker et al seem loyal to Wolgen and remain interested.

At least we have their many missteps recorded to rely on future legal defense. I don’t think we can rely on the “independent” directors to protect minority shareholders.
