Why is MBP going down today? They haven't gone up like a lot of companies have so why should they fall with them?

MBP have $23 million in the bank I think I may be wrong but I don't think so. If they do that means the companies projects (all of them) are valued at 16 or 17 million. MBP is way under valued in my opinion.

Why hasn't a takeover bid been lanced for MBP? As soon as the results come out and if they are good I hope we see one! MBP have so much cash in the bank enough for a long time and have �gno need�h to do a capital raising.
Surly other bio companies have noticed their large bank account and drug pipeline?
