Look at the trading history of Emisphere Technologies and you will see that a technology that offers oral versions of previously injectable only drugs is real.

Metaboics technology holds out the prospect of a lower cost of goods that Emisphere's, but the issues for Metabolic are first, to show that their technology works, and second to protect it.

I haven't seen evidence that they have generalized aneffective technology eventhough they do have a proof of principle of sorts in the oral version of ACV1, and I haven't seen any statement to indicate that they have taken steps to acquire patents.

In my view, this is currenty only pie in the sky, but it could come down to earth if the company is able to demonstrate success in the lab and moreso if they can get a big pharma do a research contract with them to develop an oral version of a commercial injectable only peptide.
