I believe there would be potential problems with the way the body reacts to reduced calorie intake, ie whether it draws on muscle or fat. Isn't that one of the problems with dieting in general, you end up changing the proportion of fat to muscle? At least the MBP product purports to cause the body to draw energy from fat metabolisation.
